"We exist to help families find the right care home for their loved ones."
Elder Placements partners with individuals and families, providing a personal service in locating senior housing and assisted living care options.
Our company was founded by Ben Sterciuc, RN, BSN, MN, in 1995 when he discovered the need for a bridge between the care needs of an older adult and the appropriate care facility. Since then, it has been our desire to help the elderly of our communities live a life of dignity and spend the remaining days of their lives in great family environments while receiving quality care. We help families navigate the complex senior care industry so that they could help other clients find and receive compassionate and professional care.
Ben holds an Associate Degree in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Nursing degree from University of Washington. He has been a great advocate for the seniors community over the years and has spent the last 24 years providing great quality geriatric nursing care to his residents. We have researched and studied in details over the years the different types of care facilities available in our area and will provide our clients with this information during our initial meeting.
Our owner’s 24 years of work as a Geriatric RN make him an experienced advocate in understanding exactly what our clients specific physical, emotional, social, and financial needs are. We will assist you and your loved one through the process of identifying senior housing options that will best match the care needs.
Elder Placements is dedicated to our clients and their quality of life. We will work together with your family to place our clients in the best matched facilities.

Meet the team.

Molly Sterciuc

Geriatric Consultant

Molly graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a B.S. in Gerontology. Her studies emphasized the human aging process and the challenges encountered by older adults and their families as they interact in contemporary society.

Growing up she was always close to her grandparents. Her passion for working with seniors developed from her relationship with her grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzeihmers. The experience of helping her parents take care of her grandmother and dealing with all the family dynamics it entailed grew her interest in finding the best ways to help individuals transition through the many difficult life changes.

After graduating Molly worked as a Care Manager for an Adult Family Home in Bothell, which specialized in all levels of care for their residents. She moved on as a Business Manager for the Home and started offering Assessment services for clients.

When not working with seniors, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outdoor activities with her husband, two year old daughter, and her energetic boxer pup are her favorite. She also enjoys traveling, and catching live music from local bands.

Compassionate care for seniors and working with families are Molly's passion. She is excited to be a part of the Elder Placements Team.
